All payments are now subject to a 5% transaction/processing fee. For all exhibits, please ensure you are applying to the correct section. If you're not sure, please ask.
Once you submit your application, ensure you receive your confirmation email (check spam/junk folders). You'll need to upload documentation for insurance and other required certifications.

Complete the online form and select your pitch requirements
Your section steward will review your application
If successful, you'll be approved pending payment
Pay within 7 days or your payment link expires
Receive your entry QR Code after payment
Select which days you wish to attend
£10 deposit (+5% fee) per day
Park your vehicle on the show field
Receive a £10 redeemable token
If you don't show your vehicle, the deposit will not be returned to you.
It takes time to review all applications and all of our stewards are volunteers with day jobs and families. It may take some time before you hear back about your application, but rest assured we are getting them done as quickly as we can.
